Cookie Monsters!
Today's victory...MY BOYFRIEND LOVES VEGAN COOKIES!! With my recent grocery shop, I grabbed a bag of the chocolate chip walnut from Trader Joe's. Over the last couple of days, as I slowly and strategically introduce variations on our favorites, he has declined my cookie offers, but today...he is a full fledged fan! And I quote, "It's just a good cookie, vegan or not, that's a good cookie." Yes! Enter: My Happy Smiley Dance!
